Orders & Shipping
When will my order ship?
Orders are shipped on the Sunday you select at checkout. Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive tracking information.
What if there’s an issue with shipping?
Once your order is shipped, it’s in the hands of the carrier. While we carefully package every cake, we’re not able to control delays, handling, or weather conditions during transit. Please double-check your shipping information and ensure someone is available to receive the package.
Do you ship in hot weather?
Our cakes are designed to handle warm weather, but high temperatures can still affect the product during transit. We recommend ensuring someone is available to receive the package when it arrives.
Product & Care
How long do the cakes stay fresh?
Our cakes are best enjoyed within 3–5 days of delivery. Store in a cool, dry place and enjoy at room temperature.
Do your products contain allergens?
Our cakes may contain or come into contact with common allergens like wheat, dairy, eggs, soy, peanuts, and tree nuts. While we take precautions, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.

Can I include a personalized message?
Yes! You can add a custom message at checkout, we’ll include it with your cake for that extra personal touch 💌
Can I return or cancel my order?
Because each cake is made fresh to order, we’re unable to accept returns or cancellations once an order is placed. Thank you for understanding 💛
About & Other
Do you operate under a Cottage Food License?
Yes! Our cakes are made in a home kitchen in Florida that is not inspected by the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services, as allowed under Cottage Food laws.
